  Like Standard - Package 12sqm, additionally:
  • Named as a premium sponsor and logo in all congress-specific print and online media
  • Your logo on all name badges and the exhibition plan
  • Ice cream station for lunch break at your stand
  • Cocktail bar at the social event (incl. 100 cocktails)
Costs: € 13,960.00 plus VAT

The following items are included in the charges of the packages above:

• Booth including exhibition wall, 1 table, 2 chairs and power
• Participation in the conferences for one person free of charge
• 2 one day tickets worth each 690,- Euro (When registering until 30 April 2024, a total of 4 free tickets)
  The day tickets will be sent later; Registration via email required.
• Lunch and refreshments during the conferences and participation in the Social Event

Service Manual for Exhibitors

In the service manual for exhibitors (as soon as available) you will find all important information you need for successful participation in the exhibition: all relevant facts and data concerning the location, your exhibition space, the regulations for set-up and dismantling and of course your contact persons.

Marketing Materials

As exhibitor you can take advantage of available marketing materials to promote your presence at the PharmaLab 2024.

Online Exhibition Banner
Post your individualised online exhibition banner carrying your stand number on your website or as signature in your mails. You will receive your banner as soon as available in the Exhibitor Area (Login Required). All you need to do is save it in a folder on your drive for internet files and upload it to your website and in your mails.

Advertisement in the GMP Journal
Additionally, promote your presence with an ad in the GMP Journal. The Journal is issued twice a year. Attendees of all ECA courses and conferences in the past 12 months do receive the Journal automatically and free of charge.
